
Happy March!
I'm so excited because guess what? It's March first (in 5 minutes) and a Monday. This means that we all have the perfect opportunity to restart some important New Year's resolutions, revaluate previous goals, and move forward with optimism and hope for a great second-half of the semester.
Some of my goals for this month include but are not limited to:
1. Run 10 miles a week
2. Eat a vegetable or a fruit with every meal
3. Study a chapter of anatomy every week
4. Call home and talk to at least one sibling once a week
I hope you are all as excited for the month of March. It's going to be GREAT! Find something in each day to celebrate--even if it's as simple as being on time to your 8 a.m. class or making time to bake that new zucchini casserole you found in Eat Clean Magazine. Every moment counts.
