More Monologue (Katie Revealed: Part 3)

16. Favorite time of day? My family has always known me to be a night owl. I love to stay up really late and then sleep in. I know, such is the habit of an average college student; however, I am a little different because I enjoy late-night walks. I think more clearly when I'm outside enjoying the cool fall air of Provo, or the warm breezes of Mesa with only the moon to light the asphalt. I know it sounds cliche to say this, but I enjoy sitting at the duck pond pondering whatever is on my mind. If it's too cold, I'll sit in my room and think and think and think. I feel like I'm too busy during the day to let my mind unwind.

17. Where were you born? Good 'ole Mesa, Arizona. I don't remember much other than that.

18. What is your favorite sport to watch? Gymnastics. I only get to watch it during the Summer Olympics, which is unfortunate. Gymnastics is an intense sport, and is under-broadcasted. I'll be honest. I'm envious of the chiseled figures and outstanding agility. I don't blame any of you if you're not a fanatic. The only reason why I became interested in the sport was because my little sister was an active gymnast for six years. Since I can't always watch gymnastics, I do enjoy professional basketball. Go Suns!

21. Do you have any pets?We have dogs, horses, goats, fish, turtles, chickens, turkeys, pigs, cows, etc. My family is big into the whole "farm" motif. I personally hope to one day have a German Shepherd named Dimitri. I aspire to be a very disciplined, fit individual who runs several miles with my dog every morning. It's a dream, really.
