3 Posts in One day. A lot needs to be recorded, apparently

I am grateful for this post today. I feel like I am quite in the same boat as the writer. Below are some quotes that stuck out to me:

"i am a busy body by nature, and i love being out and about talking to people, exploring and getting things done. i love to write, photograph, and share. my life, until this last year, was very structured, organized and prepared. as an undergrad student i knew exactly what to expect and when. i had deadlines to work with and projects to start and papers to write. there was always something to do - and it kept me alive. i was learning and growing every single day. i was motivated. inspired. we lived in a place so happy and bright that even when life was giving me lemons, i always knew just the thing to make me better..."

"i graduated university nearly a year ago today. and that doesn't mean life is "not good" anymore, but it has made it a lot more challenging. you graduate with the world at your fingertips, plans and ideas and you even start doing things that you couldn't have done before. but it doesn't always happen over night - and your ideas aren't always the best. and although you go down a million different creative roads and try a bunch of different things, you don't feel you're "there" yet - "there" as in finding your niche. i'm still looking for that thing that makes me most happy."

"i know i need to learn a great deal of patience. and often times that comes with trials. good things take time and i'm not quite there yet. i'm still figuring stuff out. perhaps my "ah ha" moment is running late or i'm missing a vital piece to this puzzle. they say great things happen all at once. we'll see about that!"

"it's pretty simple, really. i've been feeling uninspired. a tad heartbroken. a smidgen underrated. a bit lost. everyday i tell myself, 'have a positive attitude. believe in yourself. face challenges with courage.' i look in the mirror as i brush my teeth before bed and think to myself, 'i'll try harder tomorrow.'"

Is it too naive to hope that something, somewhere inside of me, is being molded into a better version of...me? Is there any chance that maybe, just maybe, all this wandering is not as aimless as it feels?

I have been prompted to be grateful for this quiet time. Is this not a rebirth? a small voice seems to say. Is this not the blessing of change and growth you so diligently prayed for? Have you not begged me to reveal my will concerning your progression? Yes, I believe I did. Forgive me, for I have failed to see your hand in all that has happened and is happening. I have forgotten that you have a plan for all, a part for me, and a desire to teach me how to play it best. Cease with the self condemndation. Just...trust me.
