Bangs and shorter layers, here I come.
Since I don't know, nor have I met, Mandy Moore, she's totally qualifying as my stranger today. However, to avail myself of cheating accusations, I will post yet one more picture of an actual stranger I encounter today. This shouldn't be too hard at the mall.
