After re-reading my ramblings from the night before, I realize a good remedy for my anxiety is gratitude. So, thanks to the inspiration of AD I will be posting something I'm grateful for every day until Thanksgiving arrives. Feel free to join in the fun.
Day #1:
I am grateful for a healthy body. I am glad I am able to walk, run and move without pain and restriction. I have a very good immune system and I've never even broken a bone (knock on wood). I have a mind that can think, analyze and retain and muscles that get stronger when I exercise. Thank you, body, for being so good to me.
