I am grateful for resourcefulness. As defined by Google, resourcefulness is the ability to find clever ways to overcome difficulty.

Case in point: I visited an aesthetician a few weeks ago and she recommended that I buy an expensive exfoliator. "It will get rid of the dead skin and help your face look more radiant and healthy" she said in her charming Mexican accent. Unfortunately, my paycheck doesn't give much any cushion room for high-end facial care. But I believe in healthy skin and would HATE to know that I'm letting old cells build up barracks on my face.

Ergo: table salt.

Twice a week I combine my regular face cleanser with several sprinkles of salt. So instead of paying 50-65 dollars for a dermatologist tested product, I'm saving big bucks by going all na-tu-ral. AND, my face has cleared up immensely since I've started.

That aesthetician really knew what she was talking about when she told me to exfoliate...

Kudos to being resourceful.
