Currently, my diet mostly consists of the following:
orange juice
cheese omeletts
avacados
apples
chocolate chip cookie dough
a once-a-week surprise trip to a fast food restaurant
and the occasional bowl of Life or Multi Grain Cheerios
with skim milk, mind you.
Occasionally I'll feel inspired to stop by the tiny neighborhood grocery store to pick up some fresh produce, and every now and again I'll stir up enough energy to try a new recipe. But when I get down to the nuts and bolts, I'm most likely gonna be stickin' with my staple foods.
Goal: Now that I cankind of afford it, I want to start eating like I care about what goes inside my body.

Goal: Now that I can
I've tried that goal many times and didn't do very well. Finally I figured out how to make it work for me: 1. lists of recipes I could choose from 2. time to make the food - like hours of time I mean, even if it didn't take that long to make, it took that long to think about haha and 3. at least one successful week. Good luck finding out what works for you!!
