Self Reliance

Crushed Zatar

Preparing lunch: homemade pita and hand-crushed Zatar


How to eat Zatar: 
step one: crush zatar until it is a fine powder-like texture
step two: combine zatar with salt (and pepper if you prefer...) 
step three: sprinkle zatar on top of pita and olive oil 

Yum!
