Week 2

I've finished my first week of training and the future is lookin' bright! I'll have to make up a little for the two days I missed last week, but now that I'm getting back into the swing of things I'm excited and ready to go. On to week 2!


Mon: 4 miles + strengthening--CHECK
Tues: 2 miles or Cross train-CHECK
Wed: 4 miles--CHECK
Thurs: 45 min cross train or speed
Fri: easy run
Sat: 6 miles--CHECK (plus an extra lap!)
Sun: REST--CHECK
